Open Source C# Proxy Clients

A V2Ray client for Windows, Linux and macOS, supports Xray core and v2fly core. If you are new to this, please download v2rayN-Core.zip from releases. Otherwise please download v2rayN.zip (you will also need to download v2ray core into the same folder with v2rayN.exe) Run v2rayN.exe.

Netch is an open-source Windows proxy client written in C#, designed for both gaming and general web acceleration. It supports various proxy protocols—Socks5, Shadowsocks, ShadowsocksR, Trojan, VMess, VLESS—and multiple operation modes including process-level interception, shared network, tun/tap virtual adapters, and web proxy. Extensively configurable, it’s ideal for users managing traffic routing per application.

SimpleDnsCrypt is a user-friendly graphical interface for dnscrypt-proxy, designed to make encrypted DNS resolution simple and accessible for Windows users who want to improve their privacy and security without delving into complex command-line tools. It provides an intuitive control panel where individuals can enable DNS encryption (such as DNS-over-HTTPS or DNS-over-TLS), select trusted resolvers, and configure advanced options like upstream resolver lists, fallback settings, and filtering rules. By abstracting the complexity of DNS encryption setup, SimpleDnsCrypt helps protect users from ISP tracking, DNS spoofing, and on-path attacks that intercept or tamper with standard DNS lookups. The project also includes handy features like automatic service installation, status monitoring, log viewing, and resolver health checks, making it easier to diagnose connection issues or ensure the encrypted DNS chain remains operational.

BiliLite is an archived third-party Bilibili client created for Microsoft's Universal Windows Platform. It provides a native Windows interface for browsing and consuming Bilibili content outside the official web experience. The application includes pages for videos, anime seasons, live content, rankings, regions, tags, search, and user information. A dedicated player handles media playback, while local playback and download pages support additional viewing workflows. Its codebase also contains separate API, web API, JavaScript bridge, gRPC, package, and Win32 utility components. The project is no longer maintained and became read-only in April 2024, but its source remains available for study and community forks.
