Hello everyone This tool is created for people who own a scanner with a document feeder which isn't able to scan duplex (both sides of a sheet in one scan). Note: This tool runs on all computer-platforms! :) Step by Step: 1. Scan all sheets frontsided to one PDF-file. 2. Without changing the sort of the sheets, turn the whole bunch of sheets and scan it again (all the backsides). It's important to scan the same amount of pages (even the empty ones), like before! Otherwise it won't work properly. 3. Start the "DuplexMerger". Add the path to the frontsided PDF into the first textfield, the path to the backsided PDF into the second textfield (you can also use the "browse" function). 4. CUPS is the widely used printing system for UNIX-like operating systems that presents a modern, network-centric print stack built around IPP. It includes the scheduler (the print server), filters, backends, and PPD/driver plumbing needed to accept jobs, determine capabilities, rasterize or convert, and deliver output to devices over local and network transports. Its modular pipeline lets administrators and vendors plug in drivers or filter chains while retaining a consistent user-facing interface across platforms. Client tools and libraries provide command-line and programmatic access for queue management, job submission, and printer discovery. Over time CUPS has aligned closely with driverless printing via IPP-Everywhere/AirPrint-style capability exchange, reducing the need for vendor-specific drivers on many devices. The project’s reference implementation is battle-tested across desktops, servers, and embedded systems that expose print services to a network.

Print (or use the print preview) to see the result with Gutenberg. To hide elements to be printed you can simply add the class no-print. Gutenberg provides two ways to break a page, the class page-break-before will to break before and page-break-after to break after. To avoid the page to break "inside" an element, you can use the avoid-break-inside class. If you do not want to reformat the links, acronym or abbreviation to show the full url or title, you can use the class no-reformat. Simply include the right stylesheet(s) in your html and load it only for a printer. Gutenberg.css is the base stylesheet but there are themes available in the themes folder. To hide elements to be printed you can simply add the class no-print.

LuckyPrinter imitates the behaviour of FPDF class, but instead of generating a pdf file, uses a TCP channel to interact with a printer server, wich prints directly to the local printer without asking for confirmation.
