JImageGallery is a Java based gallery that stores images in a tree like category structure in a relational database (Postgres for now, should be extensible). This facilitates a cleaner approach which negates the need for images on the filesystem.

This is a little name change. The project will now be devoted to writing a full featured media player in Java. It supports image viewing (slideshows, and most image types) and MP3 playing currently.

JPhotoAlbum is a Java desktop application for quick browsing, organizing and commenting digital photographs and publishing the resulting albums as web pages. Albums are saved in XML formatted files which are transformed to HTML with XML stylesheets

JPowerGraph is a Java library for creating directed graphs for both Swing and SWT. It supports graph movement, selection, context menus, tooltips and dynamic edge creation. JPowerGraph has a spring layout algorithm based on that used in TouchGraph.

JPresenter plays slide presentations with audio comment. Slides and audio are based on popular data formats (JPEG, GIF, WAV, AU, AIFF, etc.). Users can author their presentations in any tool they like and put them on the Web as a single file for download.

JSTx is used for displaying overlay graphics and text on top of a Philips television, changing channels, receiving remote control keys and changing television display modes. It is a command line utility to execute jointSPACE commands on a device that supports the jointSPACE protocol for Philips televisions (see http://jointspace.sourceforge.net for details on jointSPACE, which is based on DirectFB). It is used in various home automation/internet-of-things projects. There are three versions: 0.23 for 2009/2010 Philips televisions (xxx5 en xxx4 series), 0.24 for 2011-2012 televisions (xxx6-xxx7) and 0.24_2013 for 2013-2014 televisions (xxx8-xxx9 (only non-Android)). New Android sets (2014+) do not come with Jointspace and are not supported. It works on Linux operating systems. A Raspberry-Pi version is also available.

The JScrollDesktopPane swing component provides a virtual desktop replete with dynamic scroll bars, dynamic menus, and dynamic button shortcuts.
