Paintown is a 2d side scrolling beatem-up engine. Paintown supports game styles similar to the Sega Genesis game, Streets of Rage 2, as well as traditional 1 vs 1 fighting games through an implementation of MUGEN. This is a small project I have been working on in my spare time for enrichment. This used to compile for Sony PSP, but too much functionality has been added sense the last PSP build to compile. Development happens on a tiny netbook and my custom built gaming rig. The goal is to make it playable on the Netbook, and currently acceptable on a capable machine.
