    PROPER Optical Propagation Library

Routines for wavefront propagation in IDL, Matlab, and Python

...It was developed at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory for modeling stellar coronagraphs, but it can be applied to other optical systems were diffraction propagation is of concern. It is currently available for IDL (Interactive Data Language), Matlab and Python (3.x). It includes routines for generating complex apertures and obscurations and aberrations (Zernike & PSD-defined). It includes a model of a deformable mirror for wavefront control. The routines perform near and far field propagation with automatic selection of propagators. The latest version is v3.3.5.

    Tempico software

    Tempico software

Software to control and analyze Tausand Tempico timing data

Tempico Software is designed to control the Tausand Tempico TP1004 and TP1204 devices, a time-to-digital converter that captures temporal differences from a common start signal across multiple channels. The software generates histograms from captured data, supports lifetime measurements via single-photon correlation (SPC), and displays real-time graphs with adjustable fitting options. It includes a 'Counts Estimation' panel to estimate count rates per channel over time, and a 'Time Stamping'...

    cphcttoolbox

Cph CT Toolbox is a selection of Computed Tomography tools

Copenhagen Computed Tomography Toolbox is a collection of applications and libraries for flexible and efficient CT reconstruction. The toolbox apps generally take a set of projections (X-ray intensity measurements) and filter and back project them in order to recreate the image or volume that the projections represent. The project includes both mostly informative CPU implementations and highly efficient GPU implementations. Regular releases are hosted at the Python Package Index.

    PyRadMon

    PyRadMon

Automated reporting of Geiger Muller counter readings to RadMon.org

This project includes several Python and bash scripts designed to connect Geiger Muller counters to report their results to RadMon.org. Soon the script will also feature local logging, graphing and alerting. Just because the Cold War is "over" does not mean that there is no more threat of a radiological attack. In fact, the U.S. Homeland Security Council lists the "Detonation of a 10 Megaton Improvised Nuclear Device" as "Scenario #1" among the top 15 threats to American security. ...
