PRTG Catches Network Issues Before They Cause Downtime

Threshold-based alerts flag problems early, so your team can act before users notice, not after.

Reactive troubleshooting usually means hearing about a problem from frustrated users, not your monitoring tool. PRTG sets threshold-based alerts across devices, servers and applications, notifying your team by email, SMS or push the moment a metric crosses a set limit. That means catching a failing disk or overloaded server before it becomes an outage and getting time back from firefighting. Start a free trial and set your first alerts today.

    htcontrol

controls high-temperature single-crystal XRD experiments using IPDSII

htcontrol is a software to control high-temperature single crystal XRD experiments on a STOE IPDS II or 2T diffractometer platform. A Manson SDP2210 power unit is needed as well as the ICP DAS I7019 data acquisition interface (amount of investment approx. 600 EUR). htcontrol is written in Perl and runs on a cygwin platform to be installed on the WinXP/10 host. Data collections are performed with Stoe's WinXpose (>=1.7.3) via the non-interactive XML interface. For details see: J. Appl....

    datasw

    datasw

datasw, a tool for rapid processing of HPLC-SAXS data.

Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) in solution is a common low-resolution method which can efficiently complement high-resolution information obtained by crystallography or NMR. Sample monodispersity is key to reliable SAXS data interpretation and model building. Beamline setups with inline high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) are particularly useful for accurate profiling of heterogeneous samples. The program DATASW performs averaging of individual data frames from HPLC-SAXS...

    rebind

Lattice simulation of biochemical reactions and diffusion

This site hosts code investigating the role of spatial heterogeneity in biochemical signaling. Motivated by several biological examples, we study the behavior of covalent modification networks when the activating component is localized to a planar membrane in either a random or clustered configuration. Reactions and diffusion are implemented on a three-dimensional lattice.
