...The program DATASW performs averaging of individual data frames from HPLC-SAXS experiment using a sliding window of a user-specified size, calculates overall parameters (I(0), Rg, Dmax and MW) and predicts the folding state (folded/unfolded) of the sample. ...The gameplay is better experienced in 0.2 which is controlled with the mouse so you dont have enough freedom of movement compared to webcam. This small file contains its own source code including occamserver, a tiny general java server I built which I'll adjust to allow http streaming connections to stay open for faster ajax than a new web call each time. The reshaping and bouncing physics is by springs. -

This is the Official Software of the Pi-Space Physics Theory created by Martin Brady. I have a B.Sc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University and I have an interest in software implementation of Physics. The Theory includes a Quantum Theory of Gravity as well as a reworking of Classical versions of Newton's Formulas. The Theory is based on a set of Relativistic Diagrams called Pi-Space Diagrams for those new to the Theory. -

Several python libraries implement discrete wavelet transforms. However, none of them, or at least none that I know, is aimed at scientific use. This library aims at filling this gap, in particular considering discrete wavelet transform as described by Percival and Walden. This module started as translation of the wmtsa Matlab toolbox (http://www.atmos.washington.edu/~wmtsa/), so most naming conventions and most of the code structure follows their choices. -

gamma rays from hadronic processes in astrophysics
Cosmic-ray hadronic interaction matrices for gamma-ray and other secondaries for an interstellar medium target are available as described in Huang et al. Astroparticle Physics, 27, 429 (2007). These require significant effort in practice to compute emissivities for given input spectra. To supplement these matrices I provide here a C++ class which reads the matrices, interpolates on user-defined particle and gamma-ray energy grids, and computes the gamma-ray emissivity either differential or in user-defined bands. A sample user program is provided which can be edited to provide the required functionality. See also http://sourceforge.net/projects/galprop, which includes more models. -
