InterferenceSimulator is a program demonstrating quantal two-slit Fresnel interference patterns with one, the other, or both slits open. A magnetic flux situated between the two slits allows demonstration of the Aharonov–Bohm effect. Simulations with short de Broglie wavelengths illustrate the classical limit of quantum mechanics. Because of the universality of wave phenomena, this program can also demonstrate the geometrical-optics limit of wave optics for small wavelengths. -

SciSimulations is a library of JavaScript functions to visual demonstrate principals equations and math in science. The simulations will enable anyone to explore the equations in science, and make the math behind science more than just some numbers on a page. Currently SciSimulations uses the HTML5 Canvas elements so most web browsers will be able to run the simulations except the old versions of Internet Explorer. -

NaRIBaS provides a framework that decouples user input parameter and terminal based command lines. NaRIBaS does not replace a simulation software and specific analysis tools like Gromacs, but it allows iterative repetition of tasks while changing specific input parameter. ...These require significant effort in practice to compute emissivities for given input spectra. To supplement these matrices I provide here a C++ class which reads the matrices, interpolates on user-defined particle and gamma-ray energy grids, and computes the gamma-ray emissivity either differential or in user-defined bands.
