CPSeis is the open-source version of ConocoPhillips' former seismic processing system. Uses Fortran 90 and C/C++ layers for I/O. The new system was designed using an MPI-parallel model and works well on Linux clusters or on individual workstations.

PUPIL (Program for User Package Interface and Linking), is a software environment that allows developers to link quickly and efficiently together multiple pieces of software in a fully automated multi-scale simulation. More specifically, it supports QM/MM MD simulations where the user might choose among any of the different MD engines and QM engines, which are connected to PUPIL as external programs through a tiny specific interface.

...The new tool, SNL-EFDC, is an augmented version of US EPA’s Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code (EFDC) and includes; (1) a new module that simulates energy conversion (momentum withdrawal) by MHK turbine-like devices including commensurate changes in the turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate, (2) new, advanced sediment dynamics routines, and (3) augmented water quality modules. SNL-EFDC has been verified and validated against flume measurements of flow around sub-scale turbines and actuator disks.

The aim of project is creating program environment for solving some integral equations, arising at solving mathematical problems of the diffraction theory.
