All-in-one software for desing single skin paragliders like Ozone XXLite. Allow to modify wing shape, profile, settings. Allow to print sew templates with scale 1:1 in A4 or other small printer's formats. Export sew templates to DXF. Main code writen in Javascript, GUI writen in Visual C# 2010 Express.

gVirtualXRay is a C++ library to simulate X-ray imaging. It is based on the Beer-Lambert law to compute the absorption of light (i.e. photons) by 3D objects (here polygon meshes). It is implemented on the graphics processing unit (GPU) using the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL). SimpleGVXR is a smaller library build on the top of gVirtualXRay. It provides wrappers to Python, R, Ruby, Tcl, C#, Java, and GNU Octave.

MuJoCo, developed and maintained by Google DeepMind, is a high-performance physics engine designed for simulating complex, articulated systems that interact through contact. It is widely used in research fields such as robotics, biomechanics, computer graphics, animation, and machine learning, where fast and accurate physics simulations are essential. The engine provides a robust C API optimized for real-time computation, making it suitable for scientific research and advanced simulation environments. MuJoCo’s core architecture is performance-tuned and utilizes preallocated data structures created through an XML-based compiler. The platform includes built-in interactive visualization using OpenGL and a native graphical interface for analyzing and testing simulations. Additionally, it offers extensive utility functions for physics computation, Python bindings for developers, and a Unity plug-in to enable integration with game engines and visualization tools.

IQWorks is a project to provide Medical Physicists with automated image analysis software for use with DICOM test images, such as CT, mammography and digital radiography.

Software for calculating geometric properties of cross sections and polygons. Calculates: area, moments of inertia, product of inertia, radius of gyration, section modulus, among others. It also supports import and export of CSV, JSON and DXF files. Able to do geometric transformations and 2D and 3D visualization of the cross sections.

DIANNA (Diffraction Analysis of Nanopowders) is a free software developed to simulate atomic models of structures from an ensemble of nanoparticles and to calculate their whole X-ray powder diffraction patterns and the radial distribution function. The main objects of investigation are the particles whose coherent scattering domains do not exceed several nm. DIANNA is based on the ab initio method using the Debye scattering equation. This method makes it possible to obtain information on the atomic structure, shape and size of nanoparticles. It can be applied also to non-periodic materials or coherently ordered structures. Dimenso is a library of numeric types for .Net and Java, that obey dimensional analysis and permit calculations with physical quantities. Due to the lack of C++ - like templates with numeric arguments, code generation is employed using Python.

Dodona is a molecular dynamics program which aims to treat nanostructures. It is provided with a basic interpretater language and can easily be extended with plugins. It supports basic matrix and vector manipulation in a Matlab/Octave-fashion way.
