By default 2-FA is disabled but you can update it from your app settings. Code length and code expiration are also configurable. Test if you application can send emails before enabling this feature. Since 1.2.9, all chests data are encrypted in your database using AES-256-CBC and your app key. Others users can be admin or non-admin. StrongKey PKI2FIDO
Web application to register FIDO keys from TLS ClientAuth sessions
StrongKey PKI2FIDO is a web application written in Angular and Java using REST web service calls for client-server communication. The application enables users that have X.509 digital certificates (optionally, on smart cards—such as the PIV card or CAC) to strongly authenticate to PKI2FIDO using TLS ClientAuth and then register a FIDO Security key with a FIDO Server (such as StrongKey FIDO Server at https://sourceforge.net/projects/strongkeyfido/). The TLS ClientAuth strong authentication process validates the digital certificate's chain (if any) and uses CRLs to verify the certificate's revocation status (OCSP checking will come in the next release). Once the certificate chain is validated, it checks an LDAP server to determine if the user is authorized to register a FIDO Security key with the site. Since PKI2FIDO is a sample application, a De-register button is enabled to delete FIDO keys; This enables the user to keep testing with the same username. -

TigerSafe
Free open source password manager
TigerSafe is a free open source password manager. It allows to store passwords in a file, without internet, by encrypting them with a single password. The user can then use a different password for every website he wants to use, and only has to remember a single password: the one used to encrypt/decrypt the file storing his passwords. It is highly recommended to do backups of the file storing passwords with TigerSafe, for example copy/paste it in USB flash drives, cloud drives like Google Drive, Dropbox... Indeed, users are solely responsible for their data. TigerSafe also enables you to store the 2-factor authentication mechanism mostly used by modern websites (TOTP 2FA) in a secure way. Since TigerSafe is particularly sensitive, no binary installation file is provided (because it could be infected by a virus, or have a vulnerability in its dependencies such as the JDK implementation used). Instead, installation instructions are provided, and a YouTube video for Windows. -

Elegant and reliable profile data storage
If you're like me and you don't think your passwords are safe as cookies in your browser or any other place for that matter then this is the right app for you. TraySafe's minimalist UI is designed to be shown only in your system tray icons. With it you can copy both your username/email and password using only your left and right mouse buttons. The scroll button is used to delete items from the menu. PIN functionality is included in versions 1.1.0 and above. The serious perk of the app is that all the info is saved as encrypted data in the data.tsf file in the program directory. The simple yet effective encryption algorithm has a password hash, salt key and vigenère cipher key that are changed with every update. The only thing you have to do when updating is to delete the .tsf files and re-enter all your info again so that it can be encrypted using the new parameters.
