    PHPNetemGUI

    A web based user interface for the Netem network emulator

    ...UPDATE: I finally got round to uploading the two most recent versions, v0.9 and v0.10. Version 0.9 was the last actual release, whereas version 0.10 was never quite finished. This is a very old project. Development on it stopped back in 2005. Linux and PHP have moved on a long way since then. It will not work on modern systems. The good news is that a fork of the project was made back in 2012 called PHPNetemGUI2, which is also on Sourceforge and is more up to date. Also, another project on Sourceforge called "wanem" (Short for WAN Emulator) is based on the code from PHPNetemGUI. ...
