PHPNetemGUI is a web based user interface for the Netem network emulation tool in Linux. It allows you to easily add and modify any combination of network emulation rules such as packet delay, loss, duplication and bandwidth control. UPDATE: I finally got round to uploading the two most recent versions, v0.9 and v0.10. Version 0.9 was the last actual release, whereas version 0.10 was never quite finished.
