    FastRoute

    FastRoute

    Fast request router for PHP

...You can get much better results by doing a few small improvements on the algorithmic side. For the same reason I’m not a big fan of things like Phalcon, i.e. PHP frameworks written as a C extension. You can get good performance by using an appropriate application design (that is not massively overengineered) and still retain the flexibility of keeping everything in PHP. A URI is dispatched by calling the dispatch() method of the created dispatcher. This method accepts the HTTP method and a URI. Getting those two bits of information (and normalizing them appropriately) is your job.

    PHPNetemGUI

A web based user interface for the Netem network emulator

...Version 0.9 was the last actual release, whereas version 0.10 was never quite finished. This is a very old project. Development on it stopped back in 2005. Linux and PHP have moved on a long way since then. It will not work on modern systems. The good news is that a fork of the project was made back in 2012 called PHPNetemGUI2, which is also on Sourceforge and is more up to date. Also, another project on Sourceforge called "wanem" (Short for WAN Emulator) is based on the code from PHPNetemGUI. It's a Live CD based network emulator.
