...UPDATE: I finally got round to uploading the two most recent versions, v0.9 and v0.10. Version 0.9 was the last actual release, whereas version 0.10 was never quite finished. This is a very old project. Development on it stopped back in 2005. Linux and PHP have moved on a long way since then. It will not work on modern systems. The good news is that a fork of the project was made back in 2012 called PHPNetemGUI2, which is also on Sourceforge and is more up to date.
