PHP-Vegi is a statistical application mainly intended for those desiring an easily customizable and easily deployed system. It relies on the mySQL/PHP interface and displays a wide variety of useful information based on collected data.

PHP-WebStatus Monitor is a script that monitors a website's connectivity. It uses php for all the scripting. It has a MySQL backend with a detailed statistics viewer.

PHPNetemGUI is a web based user interface for the Netem network emulation tool in Linux. It allows you to easily add and modify any combination of network emulation rules such as packet delay, loss, duplication and bandwidth control. UPDATE: I finally got round to uploading the two most recent versions, v0.9 and v0.10. Version 0.9 was the last actual release, whereas version 0.10 was never quite finished. This is a very old project. Development on it stopped back in 2005. Linux and PHP have moved on a long way since then. It will not work on modern systems. The good news is that a fork of the project was made back in 2012 called PHPNetemGUI2, which is also on Sourceforge and is more up to date. Also, another project on Sourceforge called "wanem" (Short for WAN Emulator) is based on the code from PHPNetemGUI. It's a Live CD based network emulator.

PHPVNC allows for system administrators and technical support to connect to end users quickly and effeciently using a PHP web front end. It uses PHP, NMAP, MYSQL. Works with *NIX but has not been tested on windows.

This utility allows you to find all hostnames (if any) on a particular domain. You put in a hostname or IP address and program scans entire subnet to locate all hostnames which resolve. Easy to use. Just download the hostsfinder.php and place on the web.

PhpWatchDog is a network monitor application, written in PHP. It's a simple way to check if a service (HTTP, FTP, SSH, etc...) is running or not. PhpWatchDog can send email to the server's administrator to alert about the malfunction.
