pfck - pf check - organizes flow information by host
pfck is a perl script that reads the state table of pf and reports back flows based on a supplied port number. pfck is very handy in ddos attacks to identify who's hitting a host or network on a particular port service, and who they are specifically hitting.
IPv6 CARE, "IPv6 Compliant Automatic Runtime Environment", provides an environment where applications instantly become IPv6-compliant ('patch' mode, see RFC6535). It can also generate a diagnosis about the IPv6 compliance of an application ('check' mode). It uses an LD_PRELOAD-based library injection technique.
These three tools build Checkpoint, Cisco ASA or Netscreen policys from logfiles. They write dbedit, access-list or set address, set service and set policy commands for the traffic seen in the logs, that can be cut and pasted into the firewalls. WOOT
Cacti is a complete frontend to RRDTool. It stores all of the necessary information to create graphs and populate them with data in a MySQL database. The frontend is completely PHP driven.

Sysmon is a tool to monitorise the state of one or more computers. Its based on a daemon and a php script. The first has to be runned in all boxes you need to check, the second calls the daemon and prints the state into a nice web frontend.
macf is a MAC-based packet filter. It can be on a machine acting as a firewall, router, bridge, or even a server, and allows operators to "check out" MACs which may then be used for a period of time. Right now, it's on hold for lack of interest.
