PyNuker is a network stress testing tool written in python. Because it is written in python it should run equally well on any system that has Python version 3.x installed. The toolkit glpk supports methods for mixed integer linear programming (MILP). These methods solve Capital Budgeting Problems (CBP). Unfortunately, glpk does not support any multithreading and there is no feature to distribute problems via network connections.
