Scipion is an image processing framework to obtain 3D models of macromolecular complexes using Electron Microscopy (3DEM). It integrates several software packages and presents an unified interface for both biologists and developers. Scipion allows to execute workflows combining different software tools, while taking care of formats and conversions. Additionally, all steps are tracked and can be reproduced later on. Xmipp is a well-known package in the EM image processing. It is integrated into Scipion and contains the algorithms in the core libraries and command line programs.

Leur propriétaire n'a plus aucun mal à trouver l'album de l'artiste qu'il souhaite écouter, quelle que soit l'armoire (ou le répertoire) dans laquelle il est rangé. Un bouton permet de rechercher sur Wikipedia la fiche de l'artiste de son choix en cliquant sur un item du catalogue. Aucune saisie n'est nécessaire. C'est agréable lorsque l'on écoute un album (vinyle, K7, CD, etc.). Compatibilité: Vista assurément et sans doute XP, 7 et Ubuntu (non encore testés). Pré-requis: télécharger l'interpréteur Python en version 3 (http://python.org/download/). Bonne recherche dans le catalogue soundfiles.

SuperBoucle is a loop based software fully controllable with any midi device. SuperBoucle is also synced with jack transport. You can use it on live performance or for composition. SuperBoucle is composed of a matrix of sample controllable with external midi device like pad. SuperBoucle will send back information to midi device (light up led). Sample will always start and stop on a beat or group of beats. You can adjust duration of sample (loop period) in beat and offset in beat. But you can also adjust sample offset in raw frame count negative or positive. Which mean sample can start before next beat (useful for reversed sample). You can record loop of any size, adjust BPM, reverse, normalize samples, ... Typical usage : * You need to control jack transport with external midi device and want a button to jump to a specified location in song. * You have some instruments patterns but you have no idea of song structure. * You make live performance with pre-recorded instruments.
