Nuestro producto se diferencia de otros en el que el cambio de cámara es automático, realizando para ello una triangulación de los niños.

Nowadays, the manual cell counting, performed directly by looking through the microscope’s oculars by using a tally counter and a hemocytometer, still is the gold standard method to count Live&Dead cells (Trypan Blue is typically used to stain the dead cells). The Fish4knowledge project investigated: information abstraction and storage methods for analyzing undersea video data (from 10E+15 pixels to 10E+12 units of information), machine and human vocabularies for detecting & describing fish, flexible process architectures to process the data and scientific queries and effective specialised user query interfaces. A combination of computer vision, database storage, workflow and human computer interaction methods were used to achieve this. The project used live video feeds from 10 underwater cameras as a testbed for investigating more generally applicable methods for capture, storage, analysis and querying of multiple video streams. We collated a public database from 3 years containing video summaries of the observed fish and associated descriptors. Expert web-based interfaces were developed for use by marine researchers, allowing unprecedented access to live and previously stored videos, or previously extracted information.

...They play a key role in a variety of applications such as image denoising, compressive sensing and inverse problems in general. In this work, we extend the TV dual framework that includes Chambolle's and Gilboa-Osher's projection algorithms for TV minimization. We use a flexible graph data representation that allows us to generalize the constraint on the projection variable. We show how this new formulation of the TV problem may be solved by means of fast parallel proximal algorithms. On denoising and deblurring examples, the proposed approach is shown not only to perform better than recent TV-based approaches, but also to perform well on arbitrary graphs instead of regular grids. ...
