This is a C++ conversion of the Qt3D QML Shadow Map example. This is not a strict port, since I just wanted the shadow mapping for another project I'm working on, so the fancy airplane animation is not included. I tried to build the classes so that they mirror the QML in terms of interface and functionality. It took me weeks to work this out, so I'm posting the code to help others.

AprilBrush is a Qt-based application for digital painting with support for layers, brush libraries and multi-page, written in C++/JavaScript/QML languages. The program saves the image files in the format OpenRaster and can also export them to PNG. Required a pressure sentive input device (graphic tablet). ...The main characteristics is support for dynamic playlist, filtering by genre/artist/album, support for replaygain and rating. It runs on Windows and any Linux desktop distribution. Support for Android is planned once PySide is ported to it. The UI is written using QML, the background is in Python. Playback currently uses Phonon, API, but switch to either Qt Multimedia or GStreamer is planned. After that, video support will be added. Update: The project is no more avtively developed. I ported it from Python to C++ which allowed me to make an Android version. The new version is called Muzika Player.
