The program was written in Python 2.7 and WxPython by Nils Liberg and runs on Windows, OSX, and Linux. fl_toadflax is a viewer/editor for abc music notation files
fl_toadflax is a re-write of the Toadflax project to use the FLTK windowing toolkit instead of GTK. It allows you to view, transpose and edit abc files as well as making changes to the details of the notation. It also differs from the original Toadflax in that it uses abcCairo, based on abcm2ps to display the music. -

abcCairo is a project to create a Cairo backend for abcm2ps, enabling it to generate output in the formats supported by the Cairo library; PNG, SVG and PDF. abcm2ps is a command line program written by Jean-François Moine which converts abc music notation to music sheet in PostScript or SVG format.
