This is the fast and Free (LGPL license) real time MPEG Audio Layer 1, 2 and 3 decoding library and console player. It uses floating point or integer math, along with several special optimizations (3DNow, SSE, ARM, ...) to make it most efficient.

LAME is an educational tool to be used for learning about MP3 encoding. The goal of the LAME project is to improve the psycho acoustics, quality and speed of MP3 encoding. Note: we provide source code only!

QUIMUP is a client for the music player daemon (MPD) written in C++ and QT6. New version 2.1.0 fixes some problems and adds two new features: 1. Album art size can be set (within limits). 2.
