Open Source BASIC MP3 Software

OpenGH is a open source attempt to create a game akin to the hugely popular "Guitar Hero" game on the PC. OpenGH will attempt, in any way possible, to bring the Guiter Hero experience to the PC.

SimpleSongs is an open-source music player developed using Liberty BASIC. It can play *.mp3,*.wav, and *.midi files, has a library and uses the Sony Connect Online Msuic Store. At it's current stage there is no function for opening a library database.

freemp3 chung VST is a free enhanced VST plugin version of freemp3_chung mp3 player (with playlist, effects, plugins, presets...) , to use with a VST host.Can also read wav files.

Clone of WinCue for Winamp. Medialibrary for extreme quick access. Textphrases, regular expressions, foldernames limits tracks to certain files/songs. Tested with Xmms, but adjustable for any command-line supported Player. AutoCue need InfoPipe and Xmms.

M3U-Playlist-Manager: Administration of loose m3u-playlists in tree structure. Simple mouse-click to add or remove a song from playlist with currently running Song in the Player. And other interesting functions. Supporting only XMMS at the moment:-(

freemp3 chung is a compact MP3 player with multi DSP effects (switchable automatic volume control, compressor, speed, reverberation, equalizer, with edit, save and load), presets, custom plugin...plugin6 support, playlist and repeats.It is written in compiled freebasic and uses fbsound. Comes with plugins (peekenhancer, baxandall,resonance_chung(new)) and 32.bits output resolution, switchable to 16.bits .

This small program is a mp3 player based on mpg123 console mp3 player. You can use the command "mpg123 -vC@ playlist" to have the same effect or use this application the choice is yours. This programm is written in gambas2 basic.

karaoke chung is a mp3 player version of mp3tomid_chung , using the discrete fourier transform of mp3tomid_chung to add resynthesis special effects to the played mp3 sound (no it's not a karaoke) .It is written in easy fast freebasic ; Otherwise, can be used as an ordinary mp3 player with playlist , speed , repeat ,autovolcomp, equ effects.. .

loops chung is a small random music loops player for windows , written in freebasic .Put themes, chords, basses, drums (1...10) mp3 files in the sounds/ folder and lauch loops.exe application to listen to the music .

minimp3 chung is a free small mp3 folder player written in compiled freebasic. Copy the program in your mp3's folder or copy mp3 files in the same folder as minimp3_chung.exe application , double click on the application then it will play the mp3 files with a stunning quality. To listen with dsp_chung looped on the system mixer.

mp3 chung is a compact mci based sound media player with playlist, echos and speed control.It plays mp3,wma,wav,mid,detects doubles in playlist,have all/one/songA->songB/random repeat modes,and can recall presets of your preferred volume/echos/speed settings.

mp3folder chung is a mp3 folder player with pre-delay using mci for windows written in freebasic. copy _mp3folder_chung (.exe) application file in the mp3 folders of your choice , run the program and it will play the mp3 files in the folder with pre-delay effect (like with the Beatles records)
