    DAT_Analyzer (DANA) is fully automated tool for analyzing dopamine transporter PET. DANA utilizes coregistration and spatial normalization functions in SPM8 and therefore requires MATLAB 7.1 (or higher) and SPM8 in 64bit environment with more than 8 GB RAM. MAC OSX OS is recommended. It includes various custom templates for conventional MR, DARTEL MR, two type of CT, and ligand specific PET and also includes various types of striatal subregional VOI templates.     Gait Analysis Graphical User Interface

    Extracts gait parameters from 120 fps video of mouse walking

    This project enables behavioral scoring of mouse gait using MATLAB. This was developed and used in the laboratory of Veronique VanderHorst, MD PhD at Beth Israel Deaconess/Harvard Medical School. First, a GUI displays videos of mice walking on a custom apparatus and enables the user to manually detect paw position. This data is saved. Additional functions take this spatiotemporal information and extract commonly used gait parameters, which are then exported to a MATLAB structure to be used for scientific analysis.

    GoIFISH

    for the semi-automated analysis of IFISH images

    GoIFISH has been developed for the analysis of IFISH (Immunofluorescence + Fluorescence in situ Hybridisation) images, performing nuclear, membrane and spot detection. Users can manually edit segmentation results, perform background adjustments, construct heatmaps, topology maps, and perform cell classification. All results can be exported for further analysis. GoIFISH has been developed in MATLAB, however binaries are provided to run the program outside of the MATLAB environment. Source code is also available for download.     Matlab toolbox to run a GLM on graph theoretic properties in MRI data

    This Matlab toolbox runs a GLM on graph theoretic network properties in brain networks. The GLM accepts continuous & categorical between-participant predictors and categorical within-participant predictors. Significance is determined via non-parametric permutation tests. The toolbox allows testing of both fully connected and thresholded networks (based on a range of thresholds). The toolbox also provides a data processing path for resting state fMRI data. Several options for partialing nuisance signals are available, including local and total white matter signal (Jo et al., 2013), calculation of Saad et al. (2013)'s GCOR, and the use of Chen et al. (2012) GNI method to determine whether global signal partialing is needed. In addition, Power et al. (2014)'s motion scrubbing method is available.

    MaTMSi is a Matlab library that can be used to connect to TMSi biosignal measurement devices such as PORTIs. Measuremed samples can then be directly retrieved as Matlab data.
