    WavePacket (Matlab/Octave)

    WavePacket (Matlab/Octave)

Dynamics of quantum systems, controlled by external fields

...Optionally accounting for the interaction with external electric fields within the semiclassical dipole approximation, WavePacket can be used to simulate modern experiments involving ultrashort light pulses in photo-induced physics or chemistry, including quantum optimal control. Allowing for visualization of dynamics 'on the fly', WavePacket is easy to use . First established in 2004, the present Matlab version is in a stable, mature state. Further development mainly by Burkhard Schmidt at WIAS and FU Berlin. Robust Tube MPC

    Robust Tube MPC

Example implementation for robust model predictive control using tube

...The framework provides tools to design and simulate controllers that maintain stability and constraint satisfaction in the presence of bounded disturbances. Tube-based MPC achieves robustness by combining a nominal trajectory planner with an error feedback controller that keeps the actual system state within a "tube" around the nominal trajectory. This repository includes example scripts and implementations demonstrating how to apply the method to control problems. It is particularly useful for researchers, students, and engineers exploring robust control strategies in uncertain environments. By offering a structured implementation, robust-tube-mpc makes it easier to study and extend advanced MPC techniques for real-world applications.

    VeriSiMPL

Verification via biSimulations of Max-Plus-Linear models

This toolbox is used to generate finite abstractions of autonomous Max-Plus-Linear (MPL) systems over R^n. Abstractions are characterized as finite-state Labeled Transition Systems (LTS). The LTS finite abstractions are shown to either simulate or to bisimulate the original MPL system. LTS models are to be verified against given specifications expressed as formulae in Linear Temporal Logic (LTL) and Computation Tree Logic (CTL). The toolbox intends to leverage the NuSMV model checker. ...

    CRFasRNN

    CRFasRNN

Semantic image segmentation method described in the ICCV 2015 paper

CRF-RNN is a deep neural architecture that integrates fully connected Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) by reformulating mean-field CRF inference as a Recurrent Neural Network. This fusion enables end-to-end training via backpropagation for semantic image segmentation tasks, eliminating the need for separate, offline post-processing steps. Our work allows computers to recognize objects in images, what is distinctive about our work is that we also...

    ApproxAdderLib

    Library of Approximate Adders

We provide MATLAB and Verilog Models of GeAr, and previously proposed adders (ACA-I, ETAII, ACA-II and GDA) at http://sourceforge.net/projects/approxadderlib/ GeAr is a low latency Generic Accuracy Configurable Adder that provides a higher number of potential configurations compared to state-of-the-art approximate adders, thus enabling a high degree of flexibility and trade-off between performance and output quality. These MATALB and Verilog models can allow software programmer as well as hardware designers to evaluate their code and design. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first open-source library of approximate adders that facilitates reproducible comparisons and further research and development in this direction across various layers of design abstraction. ...

    LRPR

Low Rank Page Rank: A matlab project in sparse matrix computation

The problem of Pagerank is a simple one to state: Given a collection of websites, how do we rank them? The primary way of formulating this utilizes a transition matrix which relates how web pages interact with each other. We investigate what the effect of a low rank approximation for the transition matrix has on the power method and an inner-outer iteration for solving the Pagerank problem.

    Fingerprint Recognition System

Fingerprint Recognition System 5.3 - Matlab source code

...We are able to achieve a verification accuracy which is only marginally inferior to the best results of minutiae-based algorithms published in the open literature. Our system performs better than a state-of-the-art minutiae-based system when the performance requirement of the application system does not demand a very low false acceptance rate. Finally, we show that the matching performance can be improved by combining the decisions of the matchers based on complementary (minutiae-based and filter-based) fingerprint information. ...

    QUDeX-MS

Hydrogen/deuterium exchange estimation for isotopic fine structure MS

...Here, we present a graphical tool that allows for a rapid and automated estimation of deuterium incorporation from a spectrum with isotopic fine structure resolved. Given a peptide sequence or elemental formula, the distribution of deuterium-associated mass-to-charge ratios is calculated based on a particular charge state corresponding to the molecular species resolved in an input mass spectrum. Peaks in the input mass spectrum fitting within bins corresponding to these values are used to determine the distribution of deuterium incorporated.
