    export_fig

    export_fig

A MATLAB toolbox for exporting publication quality figures

...Exporting a figure from MATLAB the way you want it (hopefully the way it looks on screen), can be a real headache for the unitiated, thanks to all the settings that are required, and also due to some eccentricities (a.k.a. features and bugs) of functions such as print. The first goal of export_fig is to make transferring a plot from screen to document, just the way you expect (again, assuming that's as it appears on screen), a doddle. The second goal is to make the output media suitable for publication, allowing you to publish your results in the full glory that you originally intended.

    GTK+ IOStream

    GTK+ IOStream

GTK+iostream, Data plots, ORB, Neural Networks, WSOLA

...Labels<<"Thanks for reading"; (HBox<<Labels).show(); or even one line : (HBox() << (Labels()<<"Thanks for reading")).show(); Inline code destructs the classes, but leaves the widgets/callbacks operating. This is great for embedded memory saving code. You can also plot like so : Plot figure; figure.plot(x, y, x.size()); Plotting utilises GtkDataBox.sf.net ORB utilises www.zeroc.com Feed forward neural networks with different activation functions. matlab2tikz

    matlab2tikz

Converts MATLAB®/Octave figures to TikZ/pgfplots figures

matlab2tikz is a MATLAB(R) script to convert native MATLAB(R) figures to TikZ/Pgfplots figures that integrate seamlessly in LaTeX documents. matlab2tikz supports the conversion of most MATLAB figures, including 2D and 3D plots. For plots constructed with third-party packages, your mileage may vary. Sometimes, MATLAB makes it hard to create matching LaTeX plots by keeping invisible objects around or stretching the plots too far beyond the bounding box.

    Flexible Brain Graph Visualizer

    Flexible Brain Graph Visualizer

Matlab code to visualise brain graphs from connectivity matrices

This very configurable script allows you to plot a 3D (MNI space) visualisation of a brain graph, with edges represented by cylinders and vertices represented by spheres. To aid orientation, a cortical mesh can be added, as can convex hull outlines. The colouring and sizing scheme is fully configurable for both edges and vertices. You can see some example output in <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22677149> <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20541019> <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24562717>
