    TIGRE

    TIGRE

TIGRE: Tomographic Iterative GPU-based Reconstruction Toolbox

TIGRE is an open-source toolbox for fast and accurate 3D tomographic reconstruction for any geometry. Its focus is on iterative algorithms for improved image quality that have all been optimized to run on GPUs (including multi-GPUs) for improved speed. It combines the higher-level abstraction of MATLAB or Python with the performance of CUDA at a lower level in order to make it both fast and easy to use. TIGRE is free to download and distribute: use it, modify it, add to it, and share it. Our...

    VRN

    VRN

Code for "Large Pose 3D Face Reconstruction

The VRN (Volumetric Regression Network) repository implements the “Large Pose 3D Face Reconstruction from a Single Image via Direct Volumetric CNN Regression” method. Instead of explicitly fitting a 3D model via landmark estimation and deformation, VRN treats the reconstruction task as volumetric segmentation: it learns a CNN to regress a 3D volume aligned to the input image, and then extracts a mesh via isosurface from that volume. The network is unguided (no 2D landmarks as intermediate). ...

    DSeg software

A MATLAB program to segment filamentous bacteria and hyphae structures

The analysis of microscopy image has been the basis to our current understanding of the cellular growth and morphogenesis. The quantitative evaluation of morphological changes in the biological processes is therefore important to characterize cell structures. Here we present an image analysis tool DSeg to overcome the difficulties in finding complicated elongated cell shapes by using time-lapse data and cell morphological constraints.

    RefineNet

    RefineNet

    RefineNet: Multi-Path Refinement Networks

RefineNet is a MATLAB-based framework for semantic image segmentation and general dense prediction tasks. It implements the architecture presented in the CVPR 2017 paper RefineNet: Multi-Path Refinement Networks for High-Resolution Semantic Segmentation and its extended version published in TPAMI 2019. The framework uses multi-path refinement and improved residual pooling to achieve high-quality segmentation results across multiple benchmark datasets. ...

    UmUTracker

    UmUTracker

A MATLAB program for 2D particle tracking or 3D DHM based tracking.

We present a versatile and fast MATLAB program (UmUTracker) that automatically detects and tracks particles by analyzing long video sequences acquired by either light microscopy or digital holography microscopy (DHM). Our program finds the 2D particle center position using an isosceles triangle transform and the axial position by a fast implementation of Rayleigh-Sommerfeld numerical reconstruction algorithm using a one dimensional radial intensity profile. *Updates v1.1: 2017/11/21- Bug...

    CRFasRNN

    CRFasRNN

Semantic image segmentation method described in the ICCV 2015 paper

CRF-RNN is a deep neural architecture that integrates fully connected Conditional Random Fields (CRFs) with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) by reformulating mean-field CRF inference as a Recurrent Neural Network. This fusion enables end-to-end training via backpropagation for semantic image segmentation tasks, eliminating the need for separate, offline post-processing steps. Our work allows computers to recognize objects in images, what is distinctive about our work is that we also recover the 2D outline of objects. Currently we have trained this model to recognize 20 classes. This software allows you to test our algorithm on your own images – have a try and see if you can fool it, if you get some good examples you can send them to us. ...

    MatrixUser

    MatrixUser

A Multi-functional GUI-based Program for Image Processing and Analysis

The MatrixUser project is moving to GitHub, the latest version can be obtained from https://leoliuf.github.io/MatrixUser/ Most of the medical images (e.g. CT, MRI, PET, etc.) comprises multiple frames which represent slices, phases, timing etc. from the same imaging object. Those images can be saved as multidimensional matrices in Matlab thanks to Matlab's powerful support of multidimensional data representation. However, within Matlab, most of image manipulation functions are limited or...

    DCTV

DUAL CONSTRAINED TV-BASED REGULARIZATION ON GRAPHS

...We show how this new formulation of the TV problem may be solved by means of fast parallel proximal algorithms. On denoising and deblurring examples, the proposed approach is shown not only to perform better than recent TV-based approaches, but also to perform well on arbitrary graphs instead of regular grids. The proposed method consequently applies to a variety of other inverse problems including image fusion and mesh filtering.
