SPINA is software for the rapid, reliable and accurate determination of constant structure parameters of endocrine feedback control systems. It is a class of static function tests that require nothing more than steady-state concentrations of hormones or metabolites obtained in vivo. The first version of this cybernetic approach had been developed for the evaluation of the functional status of the thyroid gland, i.e. thyroid's secretory capacity (gain of thyroid, GT or SPINA-GT) and sum activity of peripheral deiodinases (GD or SPINA-GD). A second version has been established for insulin-glucose homeostasis. It delivers the secretory capacity of pancreatic beta cells (SPINA-GBeta), an estimate for the insulin receptor amplification (SPINA-GR) and a static disposition index as a measure for the loop gain of the feedback loop (SPINA-DI). Both implementations of SPINA have been validated in more than 50 clinical studies based on large cohorts.

PeCalc allows making calculations with integer fractions, complex numbers, complex matrices, rational functions and complex polynomials. It also allows making changes of numeric base, prime factor decomposition, solving linear equation systems, statistical and financial computations, rational fraction decomposition and plotting some control engineering graphs. PeCalc includes comprehensive user help in English and Spanish. Currently PeCalc runs on Android and MS Windows. A version for GNU Linux is planned for the near future. It has been developed in Object Pascal using Embarcadero Delphi. A Lazarus/Free Pascal version will be available soon too.

The project "Infinite systems of matrix equations" consists in developing algorithms and software for solving systems of matrix equations. In the present version the project allows one to solve an infinite system of matrix equations which arises in the theory of stability preserving structural transformations of systems of second-order ODEs (see http://arxiv.org/abs/1204.1814). The project "Nonlinear Stourm-Liouville Problems with Distribution Potentials" is developed for solving nonlinear Sturm-Liouville problems with integrable potentials including Dirac delta function. The numerical-analytical method used in the project is called the FD-method.
