MCM-ICM is a curated archive of Outstanding Winner (“O-奖/特等奖”) solution papers from the Mathematical Contest in Modeling and the Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling, spanning the early 2000s through recent years. The repository is organized by year, with per-year folders that collect the top-ranked reports and, in later years, additional materials such as problem statements or problem notes when available. It has evolved from a single-maintainer project into a collaborative effort, with...
Fast integrator of stochastic partial differential equations
XMDS is a code generator that integrates equations. You write them down in human readable form in a XML file, and it goes away and writes and compiles a C++ program that integrates those equations as fast as it can possibly be done in your architecture.
A symbolic framework for C++, Python and Octave implementing automatic differentiation by source code transformation in forward and reverse modes on sparse matrix-valued computational graphs.
Put idle assets to work with competitive interest rates, borrow without selling, and trade with precision. All in one platform.
Geographic restrictions, eligibility, and terms apply.
BioFVM is an open source diffusive transport solver for biological problems. It can solve for the diffusion of tens or hundreds of substrates on large 3-D domains. For simplicity, the code has minimal external dependencies.
BioFVM was first published in:
A. Ghaffarizadeh, S.H. Friedman, and P. Macklin. BioFVM: an efficient, parallelized diffusive transport solver for 3-D biological simulations. Bioinformatics 32(8): 1156-8, 2016.

A tool to model and simulate evacuation situations in buildings using flows on graphs and cellular automatons. It allows visualization of both models in OpenGL.
Scientific research work of Francesco Montorsi,Univ. of Modena, Italy
This project hosts the code and the documents which were created by Francesco Montorsi during his PhD at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, about indoor and outdoor localization and navigation techniques.
The code (mostly MATLAB code) is publicly available to enable reproducible research.
ViennaGrid is a generic mesh handling library that provides the traversal of structured and unstructured grids in arbitrary spatial dimensions, in particular 1d, 2d and 3d. Quantities can be conveniently stored on mesh elements using ViennaData.
parFE is fully-parallel high-performance finite element code targeted to the modeling of trabecular bones in humans. It employs scalable multigrid solvers for efficient solutions on massively parallel computers.

libit provides easy to use yet efficient tools for C for signal processing, coding, or scientific code in general. It includes basic vector, matrix and function types, some common source and channel coding tools such as quantization, entropy coding, etc.
A topological data structure to handle 2D simplicial meshes (using the Morse operators published by authors). This data structure is implemented using C++ and it is based on the classical Half-Edge. This code started in 2002 and it has been used in many
METIL is a python-like interpreted or compiled language made for speed and generic programming, as in C++ but with static symbolic computations, type propagation, "for" surdefinition. Object orientation is centered on properties, rather than hierarchy.
Console based application which should compile on any system supporting c++. Includes calculations like blood alcohol content, 1/4 mile run, liter conversion, etc.
Project moved to Google Code since SourceForce is a broken, buggy, non-responsive service. I had to re-log in over 100 times just to change this description. Please visit the project at http://code.google.com/p/starflighttlc/ for the latest version of th
