    leave-kojack

    Leave-k-out-Jackknife Pearson correlation

In general, Pearson correlation coefficients can be quite error-prone to outliers, thus Jackknifing may be helpful. I could not find any useful implementation for calculating more than leave-1-out Jackknife Pearson correlation coefficients. 'leave-kojack' offers an implementation for Jackknife Pearson correlation with dynamic values of k, i.e. leave-k-out Pearson correlation.

    SurfaceEmbedder

Embeds graphs into the projective plane, torus and Klein bottle.

SurfaceEmbeder determines if a graph can be embedded into a surface and, if yes, it produces an embedding of the graph in the surface. Right now, only projective plane, torus and Klein bottle are supported. The program uses the OGDF library.

    ExactCalc

Software for exact computing based on interval arithmetic.

1/3 is not 0.33. Pi is not 3.14. Actually 1/3 is in interval [0.33, 0.34] and pi is in interval [3.14, 3.15]. During computation truncating error is accumulating. At end of computation it is needed to know real boundaries of result. The solution is given by interval arithmetic. Simply speaking, because 1/3 is in interval [0.33, 0.34] and 1/7 is in interval [0.14, 0.15], value 1/3 - 1/7 must be in [0.18, 0.2]. Computation can be arbitrary long and complex but interval arithmetic gives...

    JCycles

[frozen] A library for computing cycles in graphs or in Java code.

[This project is frozen, but has an offspring with more features: https://github.com/jeffhain/jadecy ] JCycles provides treatments to compute cycles, or just strongly connected components, in directed graphs in general, or in classes or packages dependencies graphs parsed from class files (major version <= 51, else does best effort). It uses Tarjan's algorithm for SCCs, and Johnson's for cycles, with continuations instead of recursion, which allows to handle large graphs (<...

    Fast Gauss-Legendre Quadrature Rules

Computes Gauss-Legendre quadrature nodes and weights

This software computes Gauss-Legendre quadrature nodes and weights using the formulas developed in "Iteration-Free Computation of Gauss-Legendre Quadrature Nodes and Weights", I. Bogaert, published in the SIAM Journal of Scientific Computing (Permalink: http://dx.doi.org/10.1137/140954969). The key features are: - Speed: due to the simplified formulas and the O(1) complexity computation of individual Gauss-Legendre quadrature nodes and weights. The latter also makes this software...
