The purpose of this workshop is to share the tools created as an aid to our everyday work with students, enthusiasts and specialists interested in the development and use of new technologies including (but not limited to) geomatics, mapping, web mapping services (WMS), drafting, remote sensing, GIS and related occult sciences of Gaia. Check out the NBR (dn2nbr) and NDVI (dn2ndvi) calculating tools for GRASS GIS at the top menu!!!

OzGIS is an extensive mapping system for the analysis and display of geographically referenced data. Map data are downloaded from Census bureaux and map agencies or extracted from your own databases. The system can be used to to support management decisions associated with, for example, government planning, marketing, sales, site and personnel location, advertising and research. Systems for Windows, Mac and Ubuntu, source code, sample data files and manuals are included. DOWNLOAD to your Downloads directory and unzip to Downloads/OzGIS ; see the Files tab for installation instructions. See the installation manual or "OzGIS Installation" Youtube video for help with getting started. I am unable to show OzGIS to you, so suggest that you search for "OzGIS lloyd" on Youtube for demonstration videos or "OzGIS" on Pinterest for example maps. OziUtils is a collection of small utilities for OziExplorer (http://oziexplorer.com). Currently, there's one which provides "Index map" feature work-alike for OziCE.

Ozitools project aims to collect/create a set of tools for OziExplorer map processing and convertion to/from open formats (e.g. GeoTiff) appropriate for using in GIS applications.

PAGC is a command line and web service C library for performing postal address geocoding. A postal address geocoder takes a sufficiently detailed postal addresses and produces a digital map that displays the spatial location of those addresses.

PGAT is a graphical interface to PostGIS focused in mapping the geo-spatial operations defined in PostGIS. The spatial operations are performed in the server side unlike most open source GIS.

This is very simple PHP library that lets you query Google Geocoder Service via Google Geocoding API and parses the response so it provides a very easy way to handle the JSON data in PHP. A very simple class written in PHP5+. Enjoy!

This system will allow importation of KML files that are properly formatted into a MySQL database. It will then be possible to edit the markers, folders and, 'trips', then export the data as a KML or KML network link.

This project is for an iPhone/iPad viewer that is used to display FAA digital aviation charts. It also includes the support files necessary to prepare digital charts as downloadable tiles and a point of sale web site used by end users to obtain the charts. The viewer's features includes generating track points, which can be saved as GPX. The viewer can also be used to plot flights. The point of sale purchase system is Drupal based with a MySQL database. The remote device connects to the database using a Glassfish server and Jersey. This app has been available on Apple's iTunes App Store for over two years and has a 4+ star ratings. I have moved on to other things and while I've been maintaining it I'd like to see it continue to improve. That's is why I'm releasing it as an open source project.
