GROBID is a machine learning library for extracting, parsing, and re-structuring raw documents such as PDF into structured XML/TEI encoded documents with a particular focus on technical and scientific publications. First developments started in 2008 as a hobby. In 2011 the tool has been made available in open source. Work on GROBID has been steady as a side project since the beginning and is expected to continue as such.

ADAMS is a flexible workflow engine aimed at quickly building and maintaining data-driven, reactive workflows, easily integrated into business processes. This project makes use of ontologies to automatically generate features for the ML algorithms. The features are generated by combining the concepts and relationships that are already in the knowledge base, expressed in form of ontology.

Optex Analyzer is a software to analyze and compare algorithms to solve approximately optimization problems. It has a GUI that allows select a set of input files containing raw algorithm results. The analysis is shown with tables and charts.
