    TorchIO

    TorchIO

Medical imaging toolkit for deep learning

TorchIO is an open-source Python library for efficient loading, preprocessing, augmentation and patch-based sampling of 3D medical images in deep learning, following the design of PyTorch. It includes multiple intensity and spatial transforms for data augmentation and preprocessing. These transforms include typical computer vision operations such as random affine transformations and also domain-specific ones such as simulation of intensity artifacts due to MRI magnetic field inhomogeneity (bias) or k-space motion artifacts. TorchIO is a Python package containing a set of tools to efficiently read, preprocess, sample, augment, and write 3D medical images in deep learning applications written in PyTorch, including intensity and spatial transforms for data augmentation and preprocessing. ...

    VoxelMorph

    VoxelMorph

    Unsupervised Learning for Image Registration

VoxelMorph is an open-source deep learning framework designed for medical image registration, a process that aligns multiple medical scans into a common spatial coordinate system. Traditional image registration techniques typically rely on optimization procedures that must be executed separately for each pair of images, which can be computationally expensive and slow. VoxelMorph approaches the problem using neural networks that learn to predict deformation fields that transform one image so that it aligns with another. ...

    HDBSCAN

    HDBSCAN

A high performance implementation of HDBSCAN clustering

HDBSCAN - Hierarchical Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise. Performs DBSCAN over varying epsilon values and integrates the result to find a clustering that gives the best stability over epsilon. This allows HDBSCAN to find clusters of varying densities (unlike DBSCAN), and be more robust to parameter selection. In practice this means that HDBSCAN returns a good clustering straight away with little or no parameter tuning -- and the primary parameter, minimum cluster size, is intuitive and easy to select. ...

    HeavyDB

    HeavyDB

    HeavyDB (formerly MapD/OmniSciDB)

HeavyDB is an open-source GPU-accelerated analytical database designed to perform extremely fast queries on large datasets. The system is built as a SQL-based relational columnar database engine that leverages modern hardware parallelism, including GPUs and multicore CPUs. Its architecture allows users to query datasets containing billions of rows in milliseconds without requiring traditional indexing, pre-aggregation, or sampling techniques. HeavyDB was originally developed as part of the...

    BEVFormer

    BEVFormer

Implementation of BEVFormer, a camera-only framework

...In this work, we present a new framework termed BEVFormer, which learns unified BEV representations with spatiotemporal transformers to support multiple autonomous driving perception tasks. In a nutshell, BEVFormer exploits both spatial and temporal information by interacting with spatial and temporal space through predefined grid-shaped BEV queries. To aggregate spatial information, we design spatial cross-attention that each BEV query extracts the spatial features from the regions of interest across camera views. For temporal information, we propose temporal self-attention to recurrently fuse the history BEV information. ...

    Pytorch Points 3D

    Pytorch Points 3D

Pytorch framework for doing deep learning on point clouds

Torch Points 3D is a framework for developing and testing common deep learning models to solve tasks related to unstructured 3D spatial data i.e. Point Clouds. The framework currently integrates some of the best-published architectures and it integrates the most common public datasets for ease of reproducibility. It heavily relies on Pytorch Geometric and Facebook Hydra library thanks for the great work! We aim to build a tool that can be used for benchmarking SOTA models, while also allowing practitioners to efficiently pursue research into point cloud analysis, with the end goal of building models which can be applied to real-life applications. ...

    Dynamic Routing Between Capsules

    Dynamic Routing Between Capsules

A PyTorch implementation of the NIPS 2017 paper

Dynamic Routing Between Capsules is a PyTorch implementation of the Capsule Network architecture originally proposed to address limitations in traditional convolutional neural networks. Capsule networks aim to improve how neural models represent spatial hierarchies and relationships between objects within images. Instead of scalar neuron activations, capsules output vectors that encode both the presence of features and their spatial properties such as orientation or pose. The repository implements the dynamic routing algorithm between capsules, which allows lower-level features to route their outputs to higher-level structures that best represent the detected patterns. ...

    Five video classification methods

    Five video classification methods

Code that accompanies my blog post outlining five video classification

Classifying video presents unique challenges for machine learning models. As I’ve covered in my previous posts, video has the added (and interesting) property of temporal features in addition to the spatial features present in 2D images. While this additional information provides us more to work with, it also requires different network architectures and, often, adds larger memory and computational demands. We won’t use any optical flow images. This reduces model complexity, training time, and a whole whack load of hyperparameters we don’t have to worry about. ...

    Lip Reading

    Lip Reading

Cross Audio-Visual Recognition using 3D Architectures

The input pipeline must be prepared by the users. This code is aimed to provide the implementation for Coupled 3D Convolutional Neural Networks for audio-visual matching. Lip-reading can be a specific application for this work. Audio-visual recognition (AVR) has been considered as a solution for speech recognition tasks when the audio is corrupted, as well as a visual recognition method used for speaker verification in multi-speaker scenarios. The approach of AVR systems is to leverage the...

    BPL

    BPL

Bayesian Program Learning model for one-shot learning

BPL (Bayesian Program Learning) is a MATLAB implementation of the Bayesian Program Learning framework for one-shot concept learning (especially on handwritten characters). The approach treats each concept (e.g. a character) as being generated by a probabilistic program (motor primitives, strokes, spatial relationships), and inference proceeds by fitting those generative programs to a single example, generalizing to new examples, and generating new exemplars. The repository contains code for parsing stroke sequences, fitting motor programs, exemplar generation, classification, re-fitting, and demonstration scripts.

    pySPACE

    pySPACE

Signal Processing and Classification Environment in Python using YAML

pySPACE is a modular software for processing of large data streams that has been specifically designed to enable distributed execution and empirical evaluation of signal processing chains. Various signal processing algorithms (so called nodes) are available within the software, from finite impulse response filters over data-dependent spatial filters (e.g. CSP, xDAWN) to established classifiers (e.g. SVM, LDA). pySPACE incorporates the concept of node and node chains of the MDP framework. Due to its modular architecture, the software can easily be extended with new processing nodes and more general operations. Large scale empirical investigations can be configured using simple text- configuration files in the YAML format, executed on different (distributed) computing modalities, and evaluated using an interactive graphical user interface. ...
