    PyTorch Geometric

    PyTorch Geometric

Geometric deep learning extension library for PyTorch

It consists of various methods for deep learning on graphs and other irregular structures, also known as geometric deep learning, from a variety of published papers. In addition, it consists of an easy-to-use mini-batch loader for many small and single giant graphs, a large number of common benchmark datasets (based on simple interfaces to create your own), and helpful transforms, both for learning on arbitrary graphs as well as on 3D meshes or point clouds. We have outsourced a lot of functionality of PyTorch Geometric to other packages, which needs to be additionally installed. These packages come with their own CPU and GPU kernel implementations based on C++/CUDA extensions. We do not recommend installation as root user on your system python. Please setup an Anaconda/Miniconda environment or create a Docker image. We provide pip wheels for all major OS/PyTorch/CUDA combinations.

    SSD Keras

    SSD Keras

A Keras port of single shot MultiBox detector

This is a Keras port of the SSD model architecture introduced by Wei Liu et al. in the paper SSD: Single Shot MultiBox Detector. Ports of the trained weights of all the original models are provided below. This implementation is accurate, meaning that both the ported weights and models trained from scratch produce the same mAP values as the respective models of the original Caffe implementation. The main goal of this project is to create an SSD implementation that is well documented for those who are interested in a low-level understanding of the model. The provided tutorials, documentation and detailed comments hopefully make it a bit easier to dig into the code and adapt or build upon the model than with most other implementations out there (Keras or otherwise) that provide little to no documentation and comments. Use one of the provided trained models for transfer learning.

    Siamese and triplet learning

    Siamese and triplet learning

Siamese and triplet networks with online triplet mining in PyTorch

Siamese and triplet learning is a PyTorch implementation of Siamese and triplet neural network architectures designed for learning embedding representations in machine learning tasks. These types of networks learn to map images into a compact feature space where the distance between vectors reflects the similarity between inputs. Such embeddings are commonly used in applications like face recognition, image similarity search, and few-shot learning. The repository demonstrates how to train these models using contrastive loss and triplet loss functions, which encourage embeddings of similar samples to be close while pushing dissimilar samples farther apart. It includes data loaders, training scripts, neural network architectures, and evaluation metrics that allow researchers to experiment with different embedding learning strategies. The project also implements online pair and triplet mining techniques to efficiently generate training examples during model training.

Talking Head Anime from a Single Image

Talking Head Anime from a Single Image

Demo for the "Talking Head Anime from a Single Image"

Talking Head Anime from a Single Image is a machine learning project that demonstrates how neural networks can animate anime characters using only a single input image. The system generates animated facial expressions and movements by applying pose transformations to a static image of an anime character. The underlying model uses deep learning techniques to predict how different facial features and body parts should move based on pose parameters or input signals. This allows the software to create realistic animated frames while preserving the identity and appearance of the original character. The repository includes demo applications that allow users to interact with the system through graphical controls or webcam input to drive character motion. These demonstrations illustrate how generative neural rendering can be used to build real-time avatar systems for virtual characters.

    Tiny CUDA Neural Networks

    Tiny CUDA Neural Networks

Lightning fast C++/CUDA neural network framework

This is a small, self-contained framework for training and querying neural networks. Most notably, it contains a lightning-fast "fully fused" multi-layer perceptron (technical paper), a versatile multiresolution hash encoding (technical paper), as well as support for various other input encodings, losses, and optimizers. We provide a sample application where an image function (x,y) -> (R,G,B) is learned. The fully fused MLP component of this framework requires a very large amount of shared memory in its default configuration. It will likely only work on an RTX 3090, an RTX 2080 Ti, or high-end enterprise GPUs. Lower-end cards must reduce the n_neurons parameter or use the CutlassMLP (better compatibility but slower) instead. tiny-cuda-nn comes with a PyTorch extension that allows using the fast MLPs and input encodings from within a Python context. These bindings can be significantly faster than full Python implementations; in particular for the multiresolution hash encoding.

    gradslam

    gradslam

gradslam is an open source differentiable dense SLAM library

gradslam is an open-source framework providing differentiable building blocks for simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) systems. We enable the usage of dense SLAM subsystems from the comfort of PyTorch. The question of “representation” is central in the context of dense simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM). Newer learning-based approaches have the potential to leverage data or task performance to directly inform the choice of representation. However, learning representations for SLAM has been an open question, because traditional SLAM systems are not end-to-end differentiable. In this work, we present gradSLAM, a differentiable computational graph take on SLAM. Leveraging the automatic differentiation capabilities of computational graphs, gradSLAM enables the design of SLAM systems that allow for gradient-based learning across each of their components, or the system as a whole.
