    HDBSCAN

    HDBSCAN

A high performance implementation of HDBSCAN clustering

HDBSCAN - Hierarchical Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise. Performs DBSCAN over varying epsilon values and integrates the result to find a clustering that gives the best stability over epsilon. This allows HDBSCAN to find clusters of varying densities (unlike DBSCAN), and be more robust to parameter selection. In practice this means that HDBSCAN returns a good clustering straight away with little or no parameter tuning -- and the primary parameter, minimum cluster size, is intuitive and easy to select. ...

    semantic-graph

Find duplicate and related tests with embeddings and clustering

semantic-graph finds duplicate and related tests in your test suite. It scans Playwright-style test files written with test() and test.describe(), embeds each test, groups similar tests with DBSCAN clustering and names each cluster with an LLM. The results open in a local web UI with a folder tree and a 2D similarity graph laid out with UMAP, so overlapping tests are easy to spot. It is for developers and QA engineers who want to keep a growing suite lean and find tests that cover the same ground. Run it with npx @testchimp/semantic-graph visualize --tests-dir ....

    GSMLBook

Recipes for basic machine learning algorithms using sklearn in jupyter

...Topics include linear, multilinear, polynomial, stepwise, lasso, ridge, and logistic regression; ROC curves and measures of binary classification; nonlinear regression (including an introduction to gradient descent); classification and regression trees; random forests;  neural networks; probabilistic methods (KNN, naive Bayes', QDA, LDA); dimensionality reduction with PCA; support vector machines; and clustering with K-Means, hierarchical, and DBScan. Appendices provide a review of probability and linear algebra. While some mathematical foundation is provided, it is not essential for understanding the implementations. The target audience is advanced community college and university students.

    BISD

    Batch incremental SNN-DBSCAN clustering algorithm

Incremental data mining algorithms process frequent up- dates to dynamic datasets efficiently by avoiding redundant computa- tion. Existing incremental extension to shared nearest neighbor density based clustering (SNND) algorithm cannot handle deletions to dataset and handles insertions only one point at a time. We present an incremen- tal algorithm to overcome both these bottlenecks by efficiently identify- ing affected parts of clusters while processing updates to dataset in batch mode.

    Fast Matrix for Java

General purpose matrix utilities for Java in Parallel Computing

Fast Matrix for Java (fm4j) is a general-purpose matrix utility library for computing with dense matrices. fm4j encapsulated different underlying implementations and select the optimal one in run-time depending on the size of the input matrix. Moreover, fm4j employs Java (Tm) Concurrency to take advantage of the computation power of multi-cor processors.
