QP real-time event frameworks (RTEFs) provide lightweight, modern, event-driven architecture based on asynchronous Active Objects (Actors) and Hierarchical State Machines. The matching QM model-based design tool and other host-based tools complement the QP frameworks by supporting graphical modeling, code generation, software tracing, and unit testing for event-driven embedded software. The frameworks contain a selection of built-in real-time kernels (RTOS kernels), such as the cooperative QV kernel, the preemptive non-blocking QK kernel, and the unique preemptive, dual-mode (blocking/non-blocking) QXK kernel. Native QP ports and ready-to-use examples are provided for ARM Cortex-M (M0/M0+/M3/M4/M7/M33/...) as well as other CPUs. Command & Conquer Generals: Zero Hour
Zero Hour running natively on macOS, iPhone & iPad
Generals Mac iOS iPad is a native Apple-platform port of Command & Conquer Generals: Zero Hour. It runs the real 2003 game engine on Apple Silicon Macs, iPhone, and iPad instead of relying on full PC emulation. The project builds on EA’s GPL v3 source release and several community porting efforts, then adds iOS and iPadOS support, engine fixes, packaging, and touch controls. Rendering moves from DirectX 8 through DXVK and Vulkan, then through MoltenVK into Apple’s Metal stack. The port supports campaign, skirmish, and Generals Challenge modes, but it does not include or distribute the original game assets. It is both a playable classic RTS port and a detailed engineering reference for bringing old Windows games to modern Apple devices. -

aria2 is a lightweight multi-protocol & multi-source command-line download utility. It supports HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, BitTorrent and Metalink. aria2 can be manipulated via built-in JSON-RPC and XML-RPC interfaces. aria2 can download a file from multiple sources/protocols and tries to utilize your maximum download bandwidth. Really speeds up your download experience. aria2 doesn’t require much memory and CPU time. When disk cache is off, the physical memory usage is typically 4MiB (normal HTTP/FTP downloads) to 9MiB (BitTorrent downloads). CPU usage in BitTorrent with a download speed of 2.8MiB/sec is around 6%. aria2 supports The Metalink Download Description Format (aka Metalink v4), Metalink version 3, and Metalink/HTTP. Metalink offers the file verification, HTTP/FTP/SFTP/BitTorrent integration and various configurations for language, location, OS, etc. -

An open source RDP server
xrdp provides a graphical login to remote machines using RDP (Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol). xrdp accepts connections from a variety of RDP clients: FreeRDP, rdesktop, NeutrinoRDP and Microsoft Remote Desktop Client (for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android). As Windows-to-Windows Remote Desktop can, xrdp supports not only graphics remoting but also two-way clipboard transfer (text, bitmap, file), audio redirection, drive redirection (mount local client drives on a remote machine). Connect to a Linux desktop using RDP from anywhere (requires xorgxrdp Xorg module). Reconnect to an existing session. Session resizing (both on-connect and on-the-fly). RDP/VNC proxy (connect to another RDP/VNC server via xrdp). xrdp primarily targets GNU/Linux operating system. x86 (including x86-64) and ARM processors are most mature architecture to run xrdp on. Most Linux distributions should distribute the latest release of xrdp in their repository. -
