Use this application to execute a program when it receives a UDP packet to the defined port. When clicking IP msg check it verifies that the incoming message is likely an IPv4 address(not perfect data validation) before executing the defined program. Define the program (with path if necessary) you wish to run along with the parameters. Some command line programs (and maybe others) will output messages in this box. Only 1000 lines of most recent history are saved. This application was built to be flexible so technically you can run any command you can think of. Data is not encrypted and so this is not the most secure, however for most use cases should be safe enough if you know what you are doing.

    ButterKnife

    ButterKnife

Bind Android views and callbacks to fields and methods

ButterKnife is an annotation-based view binding library for Android that reduces boilerplate in Activities, Fragments, and custom views. Developers replace repetitive findViewById calls with BindView fields and define UI event handlers using annotations like @OnClick, with the library generating efficient binding code at compile time. Because it relies on annotation processing, there’s no reflection at runtime, keeping startup paths lean and predictable. The generated bind/unbind lifecycle helps avoid memory leaks by clearing references when views are destroyed. ...

    Relation Tags

Source code for be able to use Relation Tags.

...Relation Tags are tags which can be relationed together . For example tag "Paris" and tag "France" can be relationed with a relation "is part of". This code is created from 0 and is able to define which type of relation we use, using most elemental mathematic properties. It is strongly recommended to read "Relation Tags guide for programmers". Inside source zip, also contains dialogs for set properties of this extended tags. All this dialogs files finish either with "...dlg.cpp" or ",,,dlg.h". Please read "readme" file. It is recommended to use a binary matrix class like BinMatrix in order to have enough speed for calculations of implicit relations in a system of bogus tags with big data. ...

    ActiveModelSerializers

    ActiveModelSerializers

    Serializer implementation and Rails hooks

There's been a lot of churn around AMS since it began back in Rails 3.2 and a lot of new libraries are around and the JSON:API spec has reached 1.0. If there is to be a 1.0 release of AMS, it will need to address the general needs of serialization in much the way ActiveJob can be used with different workers. The next major release is in development. We're starting simple and avoiding, at least at the outset, all the complications in AMS version, especially all the implicit behavior from...

Scala libraries for building and consuming RESTful web services

Spray is a suite of Scala libraries built on top of Akka that offers a modular, asynchronous, and non-blocking toolkit for building and consuming RESTful and HTTP services. The core philosophy behind Spray is that it should act as a “library” for integration and HTTP layers, not as a full application framework—it gives you the building blocks to handle HTTP and REST but doesn’t impose heavy structure. It includes modules for low-level HTTP I/O, routing, client and server APIs, HTTP model...

    chipexo

model based analysis of ChIP-exo data

...MACExo has the following four steps: 1) sequencing data normalization and bias correction; 2) signal consolidation and noise reduction; 3) single nucleotide resolution border detection using Chebyshev Inequality; and 4) border matching using Gale-Shapley’s stable matching algorithm. When applied to yeast Reb1 and human CTCF ChIP-exo data, MACE is able to define TFBSs with higher sensitivity, specificity and spatial resolution, as evidenced by multiple criteria, such as motif enrichment, sequence conservation, nucleosome positioning, and open chromatin states.

    WebSpa

    WebSpa

A web knocking tool, sending a single HTTP/S to run O/S commands

WebSpa is a Java web knocking tool for sending a single HTTP/S request to your web server, in order to authorise the execution of a premeditated Operating System (O/S) command on it. If port knocking is defined as "a form of host-to-host communication in which information flows across closed ports" then we define web knocking a form of host-to-host communication in which information flows across erroneous URLs. Finally, in an attempt to mirror the operation of Single Packet Authorisation (SPA), the entirety of a user's action is submitted through a single GET request.

The NIST Ontological Visualization Interface for Standards (NOVIS) was developed at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to provide an interactive visual interface to the terminology used in a variety of standards related to sustainable manufacturing. The area of sustainable manufacturing is rapidly evolving and includes a network of information standards that define the language of discourse for this new area. Traditional document style standards and dictionary style definitions are very limiting when it comes to getting a holistic picture of the sustainability landscape for manufacturing. The task of understanding the challenges in achieving a sustainability objective is very difficult when non-experts have to browse through several pages of document standards to find relevant information. ...
