JProGraM (PRObabilistic GRAphical Models in Java) is a statistical machine learning library. It supports statistical modeling and data analysis along three main directions: (1) probabilistic graphical models (Bayesian networks, Markov random fields, dependency networks, hybrid random fields); (2) parametric, semiparametric, and nonparametric density estimation (Gaussian models, nonparanormal estimators, Parzen windows, Nadaraya-Watson estimator); (3) generative models for random networks (small-world, scale-free, exponential random graphs, Fiedler random fields), subgraph sampling algorithms (random walk, snowball, etc.), and spectral decomposition.

    StereoWS

StereoWS developed by UCL-MSSL within the ProVisG project

Since December 2008, UCL-MSSL developed a platform independent stereo application in collaboration with JPL, NASA as a subtask of EU-FP7 PRoViSG. This work was originally proposed for two months of work, but it was rescheduled to run untill August 2011 after realising its synergetic relationship with other UCL tasks within the ProVisG project. Within this time period, UCL delivered consortium members a stereo application (called StereoWS ver. 1.0), which integrates various practical...

    Switch

Planning model for power systems with large shares of renewable energy

...It identifies which generator and transmission projects to build over a multi-decade period in order to satisfy electricity loads every hour at the lowest cost, while reducing carbon dioxide emissions. Please note: the main Switch repository is now at https://github.com/switch-model/ . The new version is written in the Pyomo modeling language, and can be run without any commercial dependencies. We recommend using the Pyomo version for any new work. This website hosts an older version of Switch, written in the AMPL language. This requires an AMPL license and an appropriate solver. Additional scripts must be written to generate data files describing the existing power system and investment options (e.g., locations and timing of wind and solar power projects).
