use static function and template calculate 1-D math

    use static function and template deduce instead of common function to calculate , such as generally , we write f(x) = sin(cons(tan(asin(acos(x))))) to calculate , now we can write as below : TypeList<OneDimCalculate<double, double, sinPolicy>, TypeList<OneDimCalculate<double, double, sinPolicy>, TypeList<OneDimCalculate<double, double, sinPolicy>, TypeList<OneDimCalculate<double, double, sinPolicy>, TypeList<OneDimCalculate<double, double, sinPolicy>, EndType> > > > >::Apply(x);

    ISO SAX

    ISO SAX

    Callback-based ISO media file parser

ISO SAX is a callback-based parser for ISO container files (ISO/IEC 14496-12), e.g. MPEG-4. The libraries that are out there either won't run on Android, have many megabytes of dependent JARs, or will fail to parse your favorite media file due to a "technicality" it thinks it is mal-formed. For example, a perfectly good M4B file gets declared "invalid" because it had a video track in it (the album art), along with the sound track. Really!? Don't let these libraries "judge" the format...

    GXUI

    GXUI

An experimental Go cross platform UI library

...Rendering was driven by a graphics backend so that animations, text, and compositing could be smooth without relying on heavyweight native bindings. The library encouraged idiomatic Go patterns—composition and interfaces—while offering a retained-mode tree of views for common desktop interactions. Although the project is no longer actively developed, it remains a reference for how to bridge Go’s concurrency model with UI event loops and rendering pipelines. Developers still look to it for examples of input handling, focus management, and custom drawing in pure Go environments.

    SCNVSim

SCNVSim, a tool to simulate somatic CNV and Strucuture Variants

SCNVSim is a Bioinformaitcs tool developed in Java programming language for the simulation of somatic copy number variations and structure variations in cancer genome studies. The tool is capable of simulating features related to tumor samples including tumor purity, aneuploidy and heterogeneity other than common types of SV and CNV. SCNVSim generates the genomes of a cancer cell population with detailed information of copy number status, loss of heterogeneity, and structure variation break points, which are essential for developing and evaluating somatic CNV and SV detection methods in cancer genomics studies.

    EDDA

Experiment Design for Differential Abundance Analysis

EDDA is a tool for systematic assessment of the impact of experimental design and the statistical test used on the ability to detect differential abundance. EDDA can aid in the design of a range of common experiments such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, Nanostring assays, RIP-seq and Metagenomic sequencing, and enables researchers to comprehensively investigate the impact of experimental decisions on the ability to detect differential abundance. More details of EDDA can be found at Luo, Huaien et al. “The Importance of Study Design for Detecting Differentially Abundant Features in High-Throughput Experiments.” ...

    json Validator Command line

Validate common syntax errors in json files from the command line

...Our new json validator, vbag, gives users the ability to scan multiple json files at once by doing any of the following: --specify the .json file to be scanned on the command line --specify a list file containing the list of json files to be scanned --specify a common name in all the json files you wish to scan (if you're in the same directory they're in) --automatically scans all recently modified json files it finds, if using github. Benefits of our json validator: -- Installs cleanly on your hosts - no need for any extra modules, libraries or packages -- There is no learning curve -- Runs locally on your machine -- You never have to leave the network -- No need to copy/paste to someone else's server -- More secure, will not be in someone else's webcache -- Not having to copy / paste files to jsonlint each time you wish to verify a long list of json files

    HTML GL

    HTML GL

Get as many FPS as you need and amazing effects by rendering HTML/CSS

...This speeds up HTML/CSS animations and transformations by using 3D hardware acceleration and allows to apply OpenGL effects as modern 3D games have. Using HTML GL you still work with HTML/CSS as you are common to, but DOM elements are just facades to their WebGL representations. These GPU accelerated textures are very effective from resources consuming perspective and are very cheap to transform or animate. Include HTMLGL.js into the project. Elements will be rendered in WebGL and their CSS Transform properties will be mapped to WebGL representation transformations. ...
