A PERL script to perform spatial corrections on plate scores.
...Please include column headings in the first row, particularly if you have many scores. Please ensure that you have saved the input table using a text editor that uses standard line breaks. Note that saving the file from excel often does not have standard line breaks. The first column heading must be the word "plate" (case not important), otherwise the heading won't be recognised There can be any number of plates, and each plate can have any number of rows and columns. Columns are numerical, where as rows are letters (A, B, C etc) The script adjusts the scores (assumed to be Z scores) based upon column and row averages relative to the median plate value The scores should be numerical not text, although the script makes some attempt to parse out text from the scores -

This has been a big dream of mine, and I've spent the last 5 years learning everything I could about Software Design, Web Design, and most important of all, Game Design, so I could develop my own Game Engine and make games as I pleased, and I figure what better way to make myself popular in the real world than to release an Open-Source 2D Peer-2-Peer Self-Containable Web Server/Client Game Engine, and CHALLENGE other people to make branches for their own spin-off projects. I WANT a project devoted to D&D, AND Space Games, AND Platformers. I'm taking a D&D-BASED path, but putting my own knowledge and imagination into it. So, honestly, the quickest way to contribute is to make a SourceForge, directly message me and request for a Branch, and literally take the time to TACKLE issues as they're found. I'll be teaching some of my own peers to program through this, and if you feel inspired to do so, tell me, and I'll devote a Branch to your private team. -
