    TORO kernel
...The memory model chosen is NUMA without pagination. During the initialization, the memory is divided proportionally for each processor installed on the system. When a thread needs memory, the memory allocator returns a free block of memory depending on which CPU the thread is running. In the same way, TORO can dedicate resources to specific processor, i.e. a FileSystem. This only CPU then can access to this instance of FileSystem. The scheduler is based on the cooperative threading model, therefore due to this design, TORO can migrate threads between CPUs and send messages between threads without using any lock instruction. ...

    isiKnock

In silico knockouts for signaling pathways

...isiKnock is a software to automatically conduct and visualize in silico knockouts for signaling pathways (Hannig et al. 2019). isiKnock predicts the knockout behavior based on the calculation of signal flows at steady state. For an explanation of the concept of in silico knockouts, we refer to Scheidel et al. 2016 and Amstein et al. 2017. Hannig et al. (2019) isiKnock: in silico knockouts in signaling pathways, Bioinformatics, 35(5), 892–894 Amstein et al. (2017) Manatee invariants reveal functional pathways in signaling networks. RandomKit

    RandomKit

    Random data generation in Swift

RandomKit is a Swift framework that makes random data generation simple and easy. RandomKit is possibly also compatible with FreeBSD, Android, and Windows (under Cygwin) but has not been tested for those platforms. The RandomGenerator protocol defines basic methods for generating primitive values and randomizing a buffer. All provided types that conform to RandomGenerator have a static default value that can be passed as an inout argument to generation functions. The RandomBytesGenerator...

    Pikkr

JSON parser to pick up values directly without performing tokenization

JSON Parser which picks up values directly without performing tokenization in Rust. Pikkr is a JSON parser that picks up values directly without performing tokenization in Rust. Creates an index which maps logical locations of queried fields to their physical locations by using SIMD instructions and bit manipulation. Finds values of queried fields by scanning a JSON record using the index created in the previous process and learns their logical locations (i.e. pattern of the JSON structure)...

    WarLib

    Some fundamental C++ classes

...The library is writen in C++14, and uses the boost libraries. It's basically the fundamental bulding bricks for more specific libraries (like wfde). Currently it contains: - Logging library - Thread Sequencer library - Thread Pool library The download snapshot may be old. Clone from the git repository to get the current version. Note: This project re-uses the project-space at Source Forge for an older, now depricated library of the same name. As C++ and boost have evolved, it was no longer needed.

    NILFS

    NILFS

    Continuous Snapshotting Filesystem for Linux

NILFS is a new implementation of a log-structured file system (LFS) supporting continuous snapshotting. In addition to versioning capability of the entire file system, users can even restore files mistakenly overwritten or destroyed just a few seconds ago. Since NILFS can keep consistency like conventional LFS, it achieves quick recovery after system crashes. NILFS creates a number of checkpoints every few seconds or per synchronous write basis (unless there is no change). Users can...

    go-cache

    go-cache

    An in-memory key:value store/cache library for Go

go-cache is an in-memory key:value store/cache similar to memcached that is suitable for applications running on a single machine. Its major advantage is that, being essentially a thread-safe map[string]interface{} with expiration times, it doesn't need to serialize or transmit its contents over the network. Any object can be stored, for a given duration or forever, and the cache can be safely used by multiple goroutines. Although go-cache isn't meant to be used as a persistent datastore, the entire cache can be saved to and loaded from a file (using c.Items() to retrieve the items map to serialize, and NewFrom() to create a cache from a deserialized one) to recover from downtime quickly.

    Bolt

    Bolt

An embedded key/value database for Go

...Bolt is stable, the API is fixed, and the file format is fixed. Full unit test coverage and randomized black box testing are used to ensure database consistency and thread safety. Bolt is currently used in high-load production environments serving databases as large as 1TB. Many companies such as Shopify and Heroku use Bolt-backed services every day. Please note that Bolt obtains a file lock on the data file so multiple processes cannot open the same database at the same time.

...It contains completed code examples from different parts of the course so learners can inspect working implementations. The repository helps students understand React components, Redux state flow, action creators, reducers, routing, middleware, and related front-end patterns. It is structured as a learning reference, allowing users to review finished examples or compare changes section by section. Since it represents course-era React and Redux practices, it is best used as an educational snapshot rather than a current production architecture recommendation. ...
