...At the moment, there is only a client for Debian/Ubuntu Operating systems and a server/receiver application for Raspberry pi. Mirrorcast aims to be a low latency screen mirroring solution with high-quality video and audio at 25-30fps, the later is why we will not use something like VNC. Mirrorcast uses up about the same amount of system resources as google chromes cast feature. The delay is less than 1 second on most networks. To achieve this we will use existing FOSS software such as ffmpeg, mpv, and omxplayer. -

...We developed DACO (domain-aware cohesiveness optimization), a novel algorithm that combines protein-protein interaction networks and domain-domain interaction networks with the cluster-quality metric cohesiveness. The metric is locally maximized on the holistic level of protein interactions while sophisticated connectivity constraints on the domain level are utilized to account for the exclusive and thus inherently combinatorial nature of the interactions within such assemblies. Most of the code does not rely on any literature about ray-tracing, but more on a naive approach of what rays could be used for.
