This is an operating system that I wrote when I read the old version Linux. But I haven't finish this system, as you can see from the code, some files such as POWER.C. Since I am a student, I have to spend most of my time to read paper and write paper, maybe I can't finish this project so soon. There may be some bugs or some problems with this system. Sopwich (this is how we pronounce Sopwith in Russian) is an attempt to combine this classic shoot'em up gameplay with an interesting single player campaign and fancy vector graphics using Qt4. -

Allows you to submit events to an RSS feed via rest api (http post)
This tool was originally written to replace the massive amounts of email sent out by automated build scripts. Once this tool is deployed to a server, your scripts can simply use a HTTP Post to submit events, and users can subscribe to the RSS feed to receive updates, instead of receiving an email for each event. It is trivial to add a new feed, and using http to submit events means that firewalls are (usually) not a concern. -

This a GUI for calling Ghostscript to change PDF versions. If you have older software that needs PDF files in say 1.4 format, but your PDF file is 1.6, this is your answer. Select your file, choose which version and convert it. Requires Gnome 2.22.3 or better*, GTK 2.0 and of course Ghostscript. * I haven't tested on newer version of Gnome. -

...You already have a running kernel and a working network connection. Why not use them to get your new linux running directly? Many distributions already provide a network install but getting the installer to run on your old linux proves tricky because you depend on local libraries and tools. Why not rely instead only on the linux kernel? You unpack a minimal set of tools to a separate directory, you chroot to it and start from a well defined configuration that can get you to your destination. -

Makefile is pretty simple. There's a fair amount of comments in the code to ascertain the basic structure. -

...You can lauch from commandline this application (written in PHP5) to grab tv guide from various web sites. This version support italian tv grabber only. As an alternative to the good-old tv_grab_it. Extensible to other grabbers.
