    CloudMIG Xpress

    CloudMIG Xpress

Find the best suited cloud provider and deployment for your software

To reduce resource over and under-provisioning, software systems can be migrated to IaaS and PaaS-based cloud environments. However, aligning and optimizing existing software systems for a cloud computing foundation often involves substantial reengineering activities or at least an elaborated configuration during the migration. There exist various challenges that have to be addressed, for example, systematically comparing cloud environment candidates, checking the conformance with...

    Algorithms in Python

    Algorithms in Python

Data Structures and Algorithms in Python

Algorithms in Python is a collection of algorithm and data structure implementations (primarily in Python) meant to serve as both learning material and reference code for engineers. It includes code for graph algorithms, heap data structures, stacks, queues, and more — each implemented cleanly so learners can trace logic and adapt for their problems. The repository is particularly useful for people preparing for competitive programming, job interviews, or building a foundational understanding of algorithmic patterns. Because it’s openly maintained, you can browse through issues, see test cases, and observe coding style in a “learning through code” fashion. ...

codon-based de Bruijn graph algorithm for gene construction

...Here we present a novel algorithm, inGAP-CDG, for effective construction of full-length and non-redundant CDSs from unassembled transcriptomes. inGAP-CDG achieves this by combining a newly developed codon-based de bruijn graph to simplify the assembly process and a machine learning based approach to filter false positives. Compared with other methods, inGAP-CDG exhibits significantly increased predicted CDS length and robustness to sequencing errors and varied read length.

    Rrd2Svg

Java classes for converting the collectd's RRD files into the SVG.

...Please look into: http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/ https://collectd.org/ On: http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/rrdworld/index.en.html https://collectd.org/related.shtml the good tools are listed, that can extract the data from the RRD files and can draw the graphs. Rrd2Svg is the tool that draws the graph into the SVG file. To read the RRD files, some of the classes in Rrd2Svg are based on: RRD4J As for RRD4J, please look into: https://github.com/rrd4j/rrd4j $. How to use it ? The class for the command line is: com.aboutjun.rrd2svg.util.Runner4Pipe4Svg and it is specified as the main class of the JAR file. So its usage is: java -jar rrd2svg_X_Y.jar <root for RRD> <root for SVG> 1) <root for RRD> is: The root directory of the subdirectories for the RRD files. 2) <root for SVG> is: The root directory of the subdirectories for the SVG files.

    ingap-sf

    a genome scaffolder

inGAP-sf is an effective scaffolder to generate high-quality and continuous scaffolds. inGAP-sf achieves this by using a new strategy based on the combination of Dlink and Plink graphs, in which Dlink is used to increase graph connectivity and to decrease graph complexity and Plink is employed to supervise the traversing process on the Dlink graph. Such advantage greatly facilitates the assembly of short-repeat enriched regions. Moreover, a new comprehensive decision model is developed to eliminate the noise routes accompanying with the introduced Dlink. ...

The min cost is a program which is going to find the minimum cost or path of any given numbers. if you have a certain set of numbers this program is going to calculate the optimized cost for that set. Similarly, the program can perform Dijkstra's algorithm which is an algorithm for finding the shortest paths between nodes in a graph by simply insert the node distance in the input file and output the shortest path in output file. The program was written in C++ using a main algorithm of a heap sorting. In this program, specifically users the codes for minimum heap since the purpose of the program is to find the minimum cost or path.

    Excel file analysis toolkit

Lays out dependencies (links) between Excel files in a visual graph

Do you have a haystack (legacy) of Excel files that reference each other and you can't see clear anymore? This tools crawls Excel files and builds up a visual graph. It shows which files might be outdated because they reference a file which was modified more recently. The graph is dynamic, you can choose between different layout algorithms and rearrange by hand. Allows you to quickly open the file, dump the graph, dump all links within a file, highlight all the cells that reference other excel files. ...
