    Construct2D

    COmputational fluid dyNamics STRUctured grid CreaTor for 2D airfoils

    Construct2D is a grid generator designed to create 2D grids for CFD computations on airfoils. The grids are generated in Plot3D format. The only required input file is the set of coordinates defining the airfoil geometry, using the same format as XFoil, the popular vortex-panel code for airfoil analysis. Construct2D can create grids with O topology (recommended for airfoils with a blunt trailing edge) or C topology (recommended for airfoils with a sharp trailing edge).

    A CRISPR tool for user-defined protospacer adjacent motif

    ...Given an input FASTA file of the target sites and queries the reference genome as well as a CRISPR system with a defined spacer length and PAM sequence, this standalone tool will identify putative sites and assign a predicted activity based on support vector machine model which conducted by sgRNA Scorer 2.0. In addition, sgRNAs with minimal off-target activity were predicted by Cas-OFFinder, and score with Off-Target Cutting Frequency Determination (CFD).

    CAFFA (abbreviation for Computer Aideed Fluid-Flow Analysis) is a well-known CFD code that followed Ferziger&Peric book on Computational Fluid Dynamics. Menter's k-omega SST (short for Shear Stress Transport) model is probably the dearest turbulence model in aerodynamics community. It is a blend of k-omega and k-epsilon model. It's popularity is not diminishing since it's being used in new RANS/LES hybrid models like DES (Detached Eddy Simulation) too.
