    MaxBin2

An automatic tool for binning metagenomics sequences

MaxBin2 is the next-generation of MaxBin (https://sourceforge.net/projects/maxbin/) that supports multiple samples at the same time. MaxBin is a software for binning assembled metagenomic sequences based on an Expectation-Maximization algorithm. Users could understand the underlying bins (genomes) of the microbes in their metagenomes by simply providing assembled metagenomic sequences and the reads coverage information or sequencing reads. For users' convenience MaxBin will report genome-related statistics, including estimated completeness, GC content and genome size in the binning summary page. ...

    lxardoscope

Oscilloscope using ATmega328 or Arduino Uno for data acquisition

LXARDOSCOPE is a dual channel oscilloscope application for Linux, using an ATmega328 device for data acquisition, and a serial or a USB port for communication with the PC. The Look and Feel is close to a traditional oscilloscope. Sampling rate for version 0.95 is about 2350 samples per second, for each channel. Originally designed for Arduino Uno, but works best with an Atmega328 and a TTL/USB converter. *** NEW: a preamplifier is presented which provides an input range of -4V to +6V for DC with 10mV resolution and a +/-0.5V for AC with 1mV resolution, with standard 1MegOhm input impedance.

    Extreme Injector

    Extreme Injector

DLL injector for gaming and other uses

...Often used in gaming and software development, this tool allows users to modify or add custom functionality to a target application by "injecting" DLL files, which can influence the application's behavior or provide additional features. Extreme Injector is popular in the gaming community for enabling modifications or "mods" in games, but it also has potential misuse in game cheating and malware deployment, as it allows for altering applications in ways the original developers may not have intended.

Deal with bad samples in your dataset dynamically

...Or maybe you have an AlternateIndexSampler, and you want to be able to move to dataset[6] after dataset[4] fails while attempting to load! PyTorch's data processing module expects you to rid your dataset of any unwanted or invalid samples before you feed them into its pipeline, and provides no easy way to define a "fallback policy" in case such samples are encountered during dataset iteration.
