NOTE: there doesn't seem to be much of a use case for this app anymore, it was more helpful back when in Windows 11's buggy infancy but these days its a lot more stable, making tools like this completely irrelevant. This is a very simple utility for Windows 10/11 that restarts the File Explorer and Windows desktop experience. It is most useful to help fix minor issues with the File Explorer without needing to reboot your computer.
