The IMS Open Corpus Workbench is a collection of tools for managing and querying large text corpora (100 M words and more) with linguistic annotations. Its central component is the flexible and efficient query processor CQP, which can be used interactively in a terminal session, as a backend e.g. from a Perl script, or through the Web-based GUI CQPweb.

Hebrew Deflector tries to guess the root, the pattern and the form of a modern Hebrew word provided by the user. It uses the existing rules of the language to do that, and displays the list of possible answers. It is not a dictionary and it doesn't know whether the word (and the listed forms of it) exists or not. It also doesn't know anything about exception to the rules.

...It takes input file of type .txt containing Gujarati text encoded as UTF-8 and then removes stop words which are unessential. After processing rest of the words, it outputs corresponding file containing all stem words plus other details.

Tipa2Unicode is a little stand-alone application which lets you input Tipa-shortcuts and then displays Unicode symbols. You can then paste either side of the conversion to LaTeX or a word processor.
