Hadoop-BAM is a Java library for the manipulation of files in common bioinformatics formats using the Hadoop MapReduce framework with the Picard SAM JDK, and command line tools similar to SAMtools. The file formats currently supported are BAM, SAM, FASTQ, FASTA, QSEQ, BCF, and VCF. But I analyzed more than 100 scientific publications on Sudoku generation problem and have reduced the Deep Neural Network to a relatively simple and very elegant deterministic algorithm that works pretty fast. As a result, the app can generate Sudoku fields in 7 difficulty levels from 'Yellow Belt' to 'Sudoku Game Jedi Master'. Since version 0.7.0 it works very nicely as it includes most of the important functionality of dpkg (i.e. most everything except dselect functions.) Otherwise, the Unix GNU Windows is expected to be a large set of packages that wpkg can handle. Packages of all the software available under MinGW and GnuWin32 so you can painlessly build a complete Unix like environment under Microsoft Windows. -
